【Report】The Handover Ceremony of the Project for Provision of Medical Equipment at Saint Hardyal Educational and Orphans Welfare Society, Amroha, Uttar Pradesh

The handover ceremony of “the Project for Provision of Medical Equipment at Saint Hardyal Educational and Orphans Welfare Society, Amroha, Uttar Pradesh”, under the Grant Assistance for Grassroots Projects (GGP) scheme, was held on June 16 2022, in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh.   
 
The ceremony was attended by Mr. MIYAMOTO Shingo, Minister (Economic and Development), and Mr. NISHI Ryuhei, First Secretary, from the Embassy of Japan and Mr. Saurabh Bhagat, Director, Saint Hardyal Educational and Orphans Welfare Society (SHEOWS), the recipient organization of this grant.

The Government of Japan hopes that the project will contribute to improving the accessibility of medical services and the living environment of the old age home. This year marks the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between our two countries. On this auspicious occasion, we will further develop the friendly and cooperative relationships between Japan and India.
