Presenting the Certification of Appreciation on promoting Quality Infrastructure in India

On 4 April, Mr. Jun Tsumori, Counsellor, Embassy of Japan in India, presented the certificate of appreciation on promoting Quality Infrastructure to Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoUHA). On behalf of MoHUA, Mr. Kuldip Narayan、Joint Secretary (IC) received the certificate at his office.

This certificate was awarded by Minister of Infrastructure, Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan (MLIT) to MoHUA who carried out an excellent project, Rudraksh in Varanasi (International Cooperation and Convention Center) in terms of executed its appreciation and adoption of the Japanese technology and accomplishments.

Japanese companies joined the meeting, explaining their role and responsibility for construction project of Rudraksh and exchanged their views and opinions on their quality control and new technologies applied in the project.

It is hoped Rudraksh will serve as a base for promoting people-to-people and cultural exchanges between India and the rest of world and further develop India through of the tourism sector.
