On December 20, 2024, Ambassador Ono held a ceremony to celebrate the conferral of the Foreign Minister's Commendation for FY 2024 upon Professor. Srabani Roy Choudhury, Japan Studies, Centre for East Asian Studies, School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University.
