2023 Foreign Minister's Commendation Ceremony for Mrs. Syama Balbir

On November 29, 2023, Ambassador Suzuki held a ceremony to celebrate the conferral of the Foreign Minister's Commendation for FY 2023 upon Mrs. Syama Balbir, President, Delhi Ikebana International and Former President, Delhi Chapter of Ohara School of ikebana.
The Commendation was presented to Mrs. Syama Balbir in recognition of her contributions towards promotion of Japanese culture in India, which include organizing Ikebana demonstrations and other activities introducing Japanese culture.
