1. YOSHI’s Lecture & Demonstration about “WASHOKU”  at 10:00am
Chef Yoshinori TEZUKA(Yoshi) presents the philosophy of “WASHOKU” and beautiful SUSHI for “Veg.”
Chef Yoshi is the fourth-generation owner SUSHI chef of “MATSUNOZUSHI” in Tokyo, Japan.
He is committed to introducing SUSHI and Japanese culture around the globe, and he caters for events and celebrities’ private parties in Japan and internationally. He presents various lectures; especially his lecture “Enjoy SUSHI with five Senses” is very popular.
 
2. Talk Session about “Japanese Sake, the grace from fermentation of rice” at 11:00am
A leading Sake brewer “TSUCHIDA Sake Brewery” and Japanese Sake professionals in India talk about attracts of the grace from fermentation of rice, and the strategy of propagation of Sake in India.

The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries of Japan (MAFF) are organising the campaign “A Journey to Find Mutual Value in Indo-Japan Food Culture” to commemorate 70 Years of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and India.
