Ambassador Suzuki Felicitates Madame Indira Misra on the Conferment of Decoration

Mr. SUZUKI Satoshi, Ambassador of Japan to India, today hosted a ceremony to felicitate Madame Indira Misra, Former President of the Ikebana International Gurugram Chapter, on receiving the Decoration of the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays. The ceremony was conducted in the presence of the selected guests with the necessary precautious measures due to Covid-19 situation.
Madame Misra was decorated with the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays, in recognition of her longstanding contribution for the promotion of Ikebana in India and the deepening of mutual understanding between Japan and India.
