On 4th October 2019, the Delhi Metro Rail Project (Phase 3) comprising Grey Line between Dwarka to Najafgarh (4.3 km), with 3 stations, was inaugurated. This illustrates Japan’s active support for the Delhi Metro through Japanese Official Development Assistance (ODA) loans as well as Japanese railway technologies and safety management.
