Handover Ceremony for Patrol Cars to Community Police Centers in Bhutan

The handover ceremony of the ‘Project for Provision of Patrol Cars to Community Police Centers in Paro, Wangduephodrang and Trashigang’, under the Grant Assistance for Grassroots Projects (GGP), was held on 23rd December 2016, at Thimphu, Bhutan.
The ceremony was attended by Colonel Chimi Dorji, Chief of Police, Royal Bhutan Police, the recipient organization of the project, Lyonpo Norbu Wangchuk, Hon’ble Minister for Ministry of Education, and other relevant officials of the Royal Government of Bhutan, as well as Mr. Kenji Hiramatsu, Ambassador of Japan to Bhutan.
