The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, H.E. Mr. Masahiko Koumura, would be visiting India, on an official visit from 3rd to 5th August, 2008.
During his visit here in New Delhi, Mr. Koumura will hold the Second Round of the Ministerial Level Dialogue with the External Affairs Minister of India, H.E. Mr. Pranab Mukherjee. Both the leaders would also discuss on the ways to further strengthen bilateral relations as well as on regional and global issues.
