On March 10, 2016, Ambassador of Japan Kenji Hiramatsu and Mrs. Patricia Hiramatsu held, at the Ambassador’s residence, the Presentation Ceremony of Japan’s Imperial Decoration for Prof. Brij Mohan Tankha, Former Professor of Delhi University (Specialty: Modern Japanese History), who was conferred ‘The Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon’, in the 2015 Autumn Imperial Decorations.
