The Embassy has already contacted those education boards.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES FOR 2023(TEACHERS TRAINING STUDENTS)

Type Teacher Training Students
Level Masters level leading to Certificate
Age Under 35 (born on or after April 2, 1988)
Fields of study Education
Qualification Applicants who have worked as teachers in primary or secondary schools for at least 5 years
Term of scholarship One and a half year from October
Number of scholarships Up to 9
Stipend 143,000 Yen/ month (Approx. Rs. 101,400 / month)
Tuition fees Exempted
Airfare Round-trip airfare will be provided
Application procedure Applications from schools other than CBSE, KVS, DBSE and NVS can be sent directly to Japan Information Centre, Embassy of Japan
Preliminary Selection Document Screening
Written Test and Online Interview (in February)
Application deadline January 27, 2023
