To promote friendly ties between India and Japan through enjoying the Japanese kite making with professional kite flyers from Sendai, Japan.
Kite experts will be visiting Ahmedabad, New Delhi and Kolkata and conduct workshops focusing on:

a) Introduction of Japanese kite (history, meaning of design etc)
b) Kite making (coloring on the kite design, frame kite with bamboo sticks etc)
c) Flying kite in the playground
