It will be performed at the Bharat Rang Mahotsav (an Indian international theatre festival) hosted by the National School of Drama in Delhi.

A performance collaborated by an Indian and a Japanese performing artist. Various issues in contemporary society are shown through the lens of female bodies across different cultures. The text is part of ‘In the grove’ which inspired Akira Kurosawa to create his famous film “Rashomon”.

The show is about rediscovering the spirit and physical nature of being a woman from Japanese and Indian perspectives, and aims at expanding possibilities of self-awareness through those two perspectives.
