(1) FOR FAMILY MEMBERS (SPOUSE AND CHILDREN) DEPENDENT ON THE INDIAN
          NATIONALS – MULTIPLE RE-ENTRY PERMIT UP TO 3 YEARS
         - Required Documents
 
  1.Application with Photo; 2.Passport; 3.Certificate of Eligibility (Issued by Ministry of Justice in Japan) of each family member; 4. Proof of relationship (First and last page of the passport) or Marriage/Birth Certificate
 
(2) FOR FAMILY MEMBERS NOT DEPENDENT ON THE INDIAN NATIONALS
         OR DEPENDENT ON THE INDIAN NATIONALS BUT NOT FORMING PART OF
         THE SAME HOUSEHOLD – MULTIPLE RE-ENTRY VISAS VALID UP TO 3 YEARS
         (for a stay of maxumum 90 days) - Required Documents
 
  1.Application with Photo; 2.Passport; 3.Proof of relationship (First and last page of the passport) or Marriage/Birth Certificate; 4.Proof of Employment of the Indian National Living in Japan; 5.Copy of visa and alien card
 
(3) FOR PARENTS OF THE INDIAN NATIONALS OR PARENTS OF HIS OR HIS SPOUSE
         - SINGLE ENTRY TEMPORARY VISITOR'S VISAS UP TO 90 DAYS
         - Required Documents
 
  1.Application with Photo; 2.Passport; 3.Travel Booking; 4.Letter of reason for Invitation; 5.Proof of relationship (Copy of Passport and alien cad of son/daughter or his or her spouse.); 6.Proof of their capacity to cover their travel expenses (Bank statements and employment certificate of Indian national).
