Inauguration Ceremony of Agricultural Research Center in Zhemgang

The inauguration ceremony of the ‘Project for the Construction of RNR Centre for Subtropical Horticulture Development in Panbhang, Zhemgang’, under the Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects (GGP), was held on 9th February 2018, at Panbhang, Zhemgang, Bhutan.
The ceremony was attended by, Mr. Ngawang, Program Director, Agriculture Research & Development Center (ARDC), Samtenling, Sarpang (Old Name: Renewable Natural Resource Research and Development Centre, Bhur, Gelephu), the recipient organization of this grant, and Ms. Kinlay Tshering, Director, Department of Agriculture, Ministry of Agriculture and Forests of Bhutan, as well as Mr. Kenko Sone, Minister (Economic & Development), from the Embassy of Japan.
