Inauguration Ceremony for the Vocational Training Center in Thimphu

The inauguration ceremony of the ‘Project for the Construction of a Vocational Training Center in Wangsisna, Thimphu, for the Empowerment of Economically and Socially Vulnerable Women’, under the Grant Assistance for Grassroots Projects (GGP), was held on 6th August 2017, in Thimphu, Bhutan.
The ceremony was attended by Her Majesty the Queen Mother Sangay Choden Wangchuck, Founder, RENEW, the recipient organization of this grant, and relevant officials of the Royal Government of Bhutan, as well as Mr. Kenji Hiramatsu, Ambassador of Japan to Bhutan.
