"Importance of rethinking cultural heritage between India and Japan"

On August 16th, Ambassador Hiramatsu attended the conference titled "Rethinking Cultural Heritage: Indo-Japanese Dialogue in a Globalizing World Order", which was co-hosted by the India International Centre and the Institute of Chinese Studies, Delhi. In his keynote speech, Ambassador Hiramatsu emphasized that, having a better understanding of the deep cultural and historic ties between India and Japan from the 19th to early 20th century, carries tremendous significance for working towards elevating the bilateral partnership a notch higher.
