New Grassroots Grant Assistance Project was signed in the amount of 8 million Yen

The signing ceremony of a new Grant Contract for “The Project for Construction of a Hostel for Underprivileged Girls in Udaipur, Rajasthan”, under the Grant Assistance for Grassroots Projects (GGP), was held on 3rd March 2017, at the Embassy of Japan in New Delhi.

In this ceremony, the Grant Contract was signed between H.E. Mr. Kenji Hiramatsu, Ambassador of Japan to India, and the representative of the recipient organization, ”Rajasthan Bal Kalyan Samiti”.

On the occasion, Ambassador Hiramatsu expressed his wish that this grant would improve the life of people of India through the expansion of education for underprivileged girls, and further strengthen the friendly relationship and cooperation between Japan and India.
