Ambassador Hiramatsu’s visit to Bengaluru and Mysore

Ambassador Hiramatsu visited Bengaluru on February 9 to attend the opening ceremony of a brand-new factory of Mitsubishi Elevator India.
On the occasion, Ambassador Hiramatsu expressed his expectation that Japan will strengthen its cooperation with the state of Karnataka and that Mitsubishi Elevator India which established its first factory in India will make a useful contribution to the “Make in India” initiatives.
 
Ambassador Hiramatsu delivered a lecture to Indo-Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industries Karnataka on February 9, and visited the diesel engine factory of Toyota Industries Engine India on February 10.

Ambassador Hiramatsu also visited Infosys’ Mysore campus.
