Ambassador Hiramatsu attended the inaugural session of the seminar named ‘State of Japanese Literature in Indian Translations’, organized by the Centre for Japanese Studies, JNU, and made an address to encourage researchers and students conducting research regarding Japanese Literature (on October 26, 2016).
