2016 Spring Imperial Decorations

The Government of Japan announced the foreign recipients of the 2016 Spring Imperial Decorations. Among 91 foreign recipients is the following Indian national. Please refer to the attachment for further details.
The Orders of the Rising Sun are conferred in recognition of distinguished accomplishments of an individual. The Presentation Ceremony, Investiture of the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Star will be held at the Imperial Palace in Tokyo on 10th May 2016, when the foreign recipients will be given an audience with His Majesty The Emperor of Japan. Mr. Nand Kishore Singh, Former Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha), will attend the presentation ceremony.
