Welcome Reception for Junior Tennis National Team of Japan

On April 9, Ambassador Hiramatsu held a welcome reception at the Ambassador’s Residence, Embassy of Japan, for the Junior Tennis National Team participating in the Junior Davis Cup (for U-16 Boys) and Junior Fed Cup (for U-16 Girls) Asia-Oceania Final Qualifying, being held in Delhi. Ambassador Hiramatsu also invited members of the Tennis Association of Japanese Residents in Delhi who are supporting the National Team’s stay in Delhi.
 

Japan Boys’ Team won the 2nd Prize in this competition and proceeded to the Junior Davis Cup Finals. Japan Girls’ Team became the champion and also proceeded to the Junior Fed Cup Finals.
