Qualification Graduate or Post graduate in the relevant field
Term of scholarship Two years from April or One and a half year from October*1 (Including a half year of Japanese language training period*2)
Number of scholarships To be announced
Stipend 150,000 Yen/ month (Approx. Rs. 75,000 / month)
Tuition fees Exempted
Airfare Round-trip airfare will be provided

*1: If a student opts for Masters or Ph.D. program, the scholarship term may get extended, provided that he/she has outstanding academic achievement that meets certain criteria set by the MEXT.
*2: It will be exempted if student has a good ability of Japanese or enters the courses offered in English.
